Early Life Of Ranveer Singh
Ranveer Singh Bhavnani popularly known as Ranveer Singh was born into a Sindhi family in Bombay on 6th July 1985. His grandmother Chand Burke was an Indian character actress in Hindi and Punjabi Films. Ranveer surely got it from his grandmother who’s acting career was unfortunately disrupted after the partition.
Ranveer Singh always knew he wanted to be an actor. Since childhood he has participated in school plays, dramas, and debates. But, during his college days, he thought that the doors to his acting career were difficult to open so he went to The United States to complete his Bachelor’s Degree in creative writing with theatre as his minor.
He also took up acting classes to take a step ahead in his acting journey. After coming back to Mumbai, he started giving a lot of auditions and also started sending portfolios to various directors.
Finally, in 2010 he auditioned for a movie and left everyone highly impressed. He got selected for ‘Band Baaja Baarat’

After working in a number of movies Ranveer had created his position in this industry. Next in 2015 he starred in Zoya Akhtar’s comedy-drama film, ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ alongside Priyanka Chopra, Anil Kapoor, Shefali Shah, Farhan Akhtar.
Again in 2015 we saw him in the historical romance film ‘Bajirao mastani’ alongside his lady love Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra. The movie was a great success and set the bar for the film industry much higher. Ranveer also won the Filmfare Award for the Best Actor.
Next he starred against Vaani kapoor in ‘Befikre’. The movie was themed on friends with benefits but had some surprising twists. Ranveer’s energetic performance stole everyone’s hearts through the movie. But, its box office performance was a bit disappointing. After which Ranveer wasn’t seen in any movie for almost a year.
In the year 2018, Ranveer was once again a part of Sanjay Leela Bhaansali’s historic drama and romance film ‘Padmaavat’. The film had an amazing trio of Ranveer, Deepika and Shahid. The film faced a lot of controversy after it was announced but ultimately was released and was tremendously successful as well.
Ranveer was next seen in Rohit Shetty’s action film which is also a part of the cop universe, ‘Simmba’. It was a comedy action movie that starred Sara Ali Khan and Sonu Sood along with him. This movie entered the list of Singh’s most successful films commercially.
We all witnessed a different character of Ranveer in Zoya Akhtar’s musical drama film, ‘Gully Boy’ along with Alia Bhatt. The film represented the life of street rappers. Everyone loved this different look of the actors and their performances and Singh won a Best Actor award for this one as well.

Personal Life Of Ranveer Singh
In 2012 Ranveer Singh started dating Deepika Padukone. The duo then starred in ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela, Ram-Leela’ and their on-screen chemistry sure sparked a hint of them dating. The rumour soon turned official and everyone was quite happy to see this amazingly talented duo so in love with each other.
Deepika padukone and Ranveer Singh had a complicated past love life and were now happily in love which made them a perfect match. This perfect match soon announced their wedding and they got married in Italy in 2018.
